I do hate to be the voice that says this, considering the uncertainty of our circumstances. However, I did bring up in my last discussion that people have disappeared before. Of course, this is the first time we've been able to witness a visible capture, and thus catching our attention. That does not mean, however, that the others have not been taken in a similar fashion.

Additionally, how do we know she simply hasn't been sent home?

I'd also like to point out that I didn't witness her abduction myself, only that she is apparently missing. However, some of you seem to have watched.

Watched and done nothing, only to launch a counter offense to find her after.

What happens when we die here? Are we capable of dying here? I've been through the backlogs of these journals and noticed the appearance of people who by all rights don't appear to be here anymore.


Unless they've simply discarded the journals and exist in a place of absolute solitude. That may be a possibility. If they were here and were taken away, what's become of them? If they were here and then died, what happens?

Do we go back home to our lives in the moment we were taken from them?

I don't suppose it's possible to obtain an answer without dying myself. And then if I were to come back to this place.. no way to verify if I go home or not. How remarkable.

However I do have my wand on my person, which leaves me to believe that if I'd had any other objects then perhaps they'd come with me. Evidenced by the fact I did not arrive naked. Not a single article of clothing was out of place. Which, if we arrive here with possessions, would it be possible to leave a note on our persons and discover it in our clothes if we go home? A note to remind us that it wasn't just a dream.

Would we remember coming here at all? Would a note make sense? Could we not trigger our memories by deciding upon some subject that would represent the memory of being here, and trigger it into our conscious mind with a word?

I die. And Charlotte dies, and the children I don't even know we have die. Death Eaters, apparently. We're all brutally murdered.

I don't know what to think of that.. because Charlotte and I just got married, two weeks ago. And I..

I'm doing what Stephen said. It's all a matter of fact, and it's pretty moot since I'm here now. But it's still hard to think about. I don't even care that I die. I.. I care that my future children die.

I'm not sure what to make of that. At all.


Sorry. I had to.. say it. Stephen gets annoyed when humans show emotion at him. He's forever the objective scientist.

There's a lot that's been happening here, judging by the interactions that I, and others, have been able to witness via journals. None of us can really begin to understand why or how this colossal feud began. But a feud it is. It is a feud between worlds as it appears, and stems mostly from a few individuals toward another group of individuals. We're not speaking of Death Eaters or Dark Lords and those who fight them, but people whose lives are indiscriminately intertwined to no less extent. This feud is reminiscent of the one that existed in our school between two houses, Slytherin and Gryffindor.

The feud had very many consequences that spanned centuries and thus generations. Families enforced the myth, indoctrinated their children in it and fought wars based on that feud alone for a very long time. There were, however, individuals who did not get caught up in that fight and have accepted everyone as they are. They are embodied by the two other houses, Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw. From those houses arise individuals who are openly accepting and willing to embrace all sides no matter opinions, ideas, practices etc.

Indeed, Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw have never taken sides. We are far more interested in participating in the community here in this world. We want to understand where we are, why we've come and help in what ways we can to make this place--our home--easier for everyone to exist within. We know that bringing old feuds--or starting new ones--in this place will accomplish very little.

And so we take a stance of neutrality. We aren't here to fight with one another, we aren't here to make judgments. We are all trapped in this world together and whether or not we personally believe in the ideas, practices or opinions of others we are not looking to fight.

That being said, it's important to understand that we, the undersigned, are not a part of the current feuds waging between worlds. Those that fight amongst themselves are but a portion of our population and should not reflect upon our whole community as it emerges here.
